I was thinking to myself recently, why still host with Techark after all these years. I'm in the UK and Techark are elsewhere. They are not the cheapest and with the pound/dollar rate some UK companies have finally come out of the dark ages with some good deals. I've been here for 8 years now. Time for a move ?
Well here goes
- Technical Support tickets answered all hours
- Sales support tickets answered all hours
- I'm a dedicated server customer, and I still get bailed out by Monte and the team
- They proactively fix issues (HW and SW)
- I'm certainly a small customer, yet I don't get treated as an inconvenience (well not that I know )
- Monte has just ensured I stay online on a backup box (Wish I could keep it lol), understandable if I was a big customer - but I'm not.
- The crew answer correctly or pass on questions. They don't just copy and paste to get rid of you.
- I'll be honest they notice problems with network, or hw, or services before I do !!!
- A number of other hosts, I looked at in the past, well they are no longer around. Techark is still here
- a lot pf other small things too.
I still recommend this company where ever .... and I think I still will
